About

Axolot is a collective and a studio focused on research, technology and artistic production.

We are guided by merging technical knowledge, creative coding, open knowledge practices and collective critical thinking.

One of the main interests of Axolot is live coding, a practice that we articulate in an open community and as a Toplap node in Barcelona.

As a studio, we collaborate with different institutions in cultural mediation projects and produce pieces through interaction, design, digital manufacturing, and creative programming.
